  7. Have you created any partnerships or strategic relationships
  8. Are you drawing attention to your blog by running a contest
  9. Does your homepage effectively direct your visitors to what they are looking for
  10. Do you have a clear and easy to understand privacy policy link
  11. Are you treating your blogging as a business
  12. Are your visitors passing on your content to others that are interested in the same topic
  13. Are you asking your visitors to recommend your blog to others
  14. Is your blog placed on the front page of search engine results
  15. Are you using PPC (Pay Per Click)
  16. Are your ads placed strategically on your blog
  17. Have you put your URL on business cards, letterheads, and brochures
  18. Are you staying in touch with your visitors
  19. Have you considered a video version of your blog
  20. What is your core marketing message
  21. Do you know what your competition is using
  22. Have you checked your stats with Google Analytics
  23. Does Google have a copy of your sitemap
  24. Have you joined Google Groups
  25. Do your visitors want your information because they think they need it
  26. Does your blog come across as trustworthy
  27. Are the products or services you offer free or at least affordable

Some items on the checklist are common sense, but you would be surprised at how many simple things are overlooked because we focus on the complex stuff too much.
